At Alpha Lion, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right with a seamless return process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
